I show up as a human
AND a therapist at
Embrace Now.
I’m a psychologist with a specialty in anxiety—and I also know firsthand what it’s like to live with it. That personal experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room. I aim to make our work together feel collaborative, grounded, and even lighthearted at times. I bring my full self to sessions, including humor, honesty, and curiosity, because I believe therapy should feel like a genuine relationship where we work together toward what matters most to you.
Outside of work, I’m a parent to two teens. I love to read, hike, and go on adventures—whether they’re big trips or small everyday discoveries. I’m drawn to storytelling in all its forms and find a lot of joy in caring for the people I love. I’m always up for learning something new, especially when it comes from the people I meet through this work.
