What can Embrace Now help with?
We specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Health Anxiety, Panic Attacks/Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Adjustment/Life Transition Anxiety, and Postpartum Anxiety/OCD. Dr. Sandra also specializes in Social Anxiety Disorder, Relationship OCD/Anxiety, and social media related stressors. Dr. Susanna additionally specializes in co-occuring trauma and OCD and stress/anxiety related to immigration.
How does Embrace Now help?
Our approach to therapy has 3 components. First is to build a connection grounded in compassion, common humanity and validation. The utmost priority is that you feel accepted and understood in sessions. Second is to help you understand the "how" behind your anxiety/feelings. Third is to coach you using evidence-based approaches and tools so that you feel confident in your ability to reduce anxiety and live the life YOU want.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions needed to reach your goals depends on many variables/factors. We can share that based on experience, significant progress can be made in the 8-12 session range.
What states can Dr. Sandra practice in?
I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I see patients in-person at my Conshohocken, PA office. I am also able to practice telehealth in 39 states through The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). I CANNOT see patients residing or located in the following states: Alaska, California, Guam, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Vermont.
Does Embrace Now take insurance?
