Hi, I’m Dr. Sandra
I’m a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania (PS019774) and authorized for telehealth in 42 states through PSYPACT (17926). I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at La Salle University - where I was trained as a generalist, with several clinical rotations focused on treating children, teens and adults with anxiety disorders. I also have worked as a clinician at multiple University Counseling Centers with young adults. After graduating, I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at a private practice highly specialized in anxiety, OCD and related disorders. I have several years of experience conducting group therapy and support groups for general anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD as well. My doctoral dissertation was on social media and technology exacerbating anxiety in young adult’s romantic relationships. I always work from a place of both evidence-based approaches and common humanity/compassion.

I’m a wife, mom, dog mom, best friend, and daughter. I love making my baby belly laugh, trips to Target, florals, deep conversation, interior design and cooking/baking.
